Ran across this cake that was made for a Christmas party last year. It is a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting.
It is decorated with cinnamon candy canes, cinnamon red hots and peppermint disks. There is also green decorators sugar sprinkled on top.
The sides also have white chocolate discs in red & white. This cake would server 12-16 people, depending on the size of the slices.
